Credit Card Policy: The credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation. Upon arrival, we reserve the right to request identification to validate your identity.

Rate and Tax Policy: Our rates are subject to change and are subject to Quebec's tax system and the Quebec accommodation tax.

Room Capacity Policy: All our rooms are equipped with one bed and have a maximum capacity of 2 persons.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at Hotel Lift or on its property, except for guide dogs and assistance dogs. We reserve the right to request identifications and proofs of training. Any violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable fixed fee of $514-228-5554+taxes. Any damage or additional cleaning caused by non-compliance with this policy will be charged to your credit card.

Alcohol Policy: Since Hotel Lift holds an alcohol sales license, any alcoholic beverages consumed at Hotel Lift must be sold by Hotel Lift and consumed in designated areas.

Age Requirement for Alcohol: You must be at least 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages, and we reserve the right to request identification.

Right to Refuse Alcohol Service: We reserve the right to refuse to serve or sell alcoholic beverages to anyone at any time.

Non-Smoking Policy: Hotel Lift is a 100% smoke-free establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and in the rooms, using both traditional methods and electronic devices. Any violation of this policy or strong odors in the rooms that would give us reasonable doubt of non-compliance with this policy will result in a non-refundable fixed fee of $514-228-5554+taxes. All costs associated with restoring the space to its original condition or additional cleaning will be charged to your credit card.

Privacy Policy: For security reasons, we do not disclose the identity, room number, or presence of our guests at Hotel Lift, except when requested by authorized authority. It is the responsibility of the guest to disclose their information if they wish to notify someone.

Liability Policy: Hotel Lift is not responsible for incidents that occur on its premises, causing injuries or other damages.

Personal Belongings Policy: Hotel Lift assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of personal items. Each room is equipped with a safety deposit box.

Security Cameras Policy: Security cameras are located in common areas and outside the building.

Guest Policy: We accept guests of our clients in common areas only, until 11:00 PM. Clients are fully responsible for their guests and their invitations and access. We reserve the right to refuse clients' guests or ask them to leave if their presence disturbs the stay of other Hotel Lift guests.

Damage Responsibility Policy: Any damage, breakage, or theft you cause in your room or in common areas will be charged to your credit card at the market value of the item concerned.

Reporting Existing Damage: In case of existing damage or breakage in your room, you must inform us immediately to avoid being held responsible.

Quality Items Policy: To ensure your comfort during your stay, we have chosen only quality items, both in common areas and in your room. Items must remain in the hotel and in the room, and since rooms are inspected only after your departure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any broken, damaged, or missing items.
